The comprehensive assessment of sleep habits and patterns will allow me to analyse the current sleep environment and habits to determine any areas of improvement.

An environment assessment to ensure conduciveness to sleep

Following this, an environment assessment will be conducted to ensure the space is conducive to sleep and your child's health and safety.

A discovery call to assess sleep, goals, and expectations

The discovery call will provide the opportunity for you to discuss your sleep training plans goals and expectations with me and this will allow me to determine the most suitable sleep plan for your child.

An individualised sleep training plan within 48 hours

The individualised sleep training plan will be provided to you within 48 hours, and will include the best sleep environment, routines, and recommended naps and night time sleep patterns. I will provide detailed instructions on how to implement the sleep training plan and provide guidance on how to navigate through any challenges you may face along the  way.

An implementation call to discuss recommended strategy

During the call, we will discuss the sleep training plan's objectives, methods, timeline, in order to ensure that the baby sleep package is effective and successful. We will discuss the various components of the package such as the recommended sleep schedule, sleep environment, and sleep training methods, as well as any other tips and tricks that may be helpful.

Tools and resources to create a supportive environment

I'll provide helpful and encouraging advice and tips to create an ideal environment for your child’s sleep and provide advice on how to prevent and manage sleep problems moving forward.

Education on the science and importance of healthy sleep

Knowing the importance of sleep can help parents create the ideal sleep environment, develop a consistent bedtime routine, and manage any potential sleep issues. Education on the science of sleep can also help you understand why their baby needs a certain amount of sleep,

Daily 30 minute support/follow up calls for 3 weeks

Calls every day over three weeks  to check in on progress and provide continued support and to ensure that the sleep training plan is being followed and positive changes have been made to your child's sleep routine.

Guidance and troubleshooting on common challenges

You will receive guidance on how to help your learn healthy sleep habits and troubleshoot any common challenges they may face along the way. Additionally, troubleshooting can provide assistance with common issues such as night wakings, short naps, and developing healthy sleep associations.

Email support, Messenger and WhatsApp support for 
4 weeks

I will provide support for a four week period following the purchase of your sleep training plan and package. I will be available to answer any questions you may have about the sleep strategy, its components, and how to use them for your child’s sleep needs and provide timely, helpful answers to your questions.

Online sleep log to complete between calls

This online sleep log will help you track your baby's sleep progress over time. This information will help me assess your baby's sleep progress and determine the best course of action for your child's sleep training plan..

2 x follow up/check in support calls over the next 12 months

This provides a chance for you to talk about your child's sleeping habits, any changes that have occurred since the implementation of the sleep training, and any questions you may have. The calls are a great way to ensure that your child is on track to getting a good night's sleep and will help you feel reassured.

Goodbye kit guidance and tips for going forward

Tips and advice on how to handle sleep deprivation and regression, crying, and other sleep issues, and a list of additional resources and support services.
